We often see compression machines in some places, but how does it work?
When the user is clamping the high-pressure pipe, if the clamping amount is too small, the pressure between the joint and the hose may be too loose. Under the action of oil pressure, the clamping hose may come out of the joint in the early stage of use. If the clamping amount is too large, the joint and hose may be pressed too tightly, which can easily cause local damage to the inner layer of the hose, resulting in cracks. Hydraulic oil will directly enter the steel wire layer from the rupture point, and then seep out along the gap between the steel wires to the tail of the jacket, Or it may accumulate along the steel wire layer, causing the outer layer of adhesive to bulge or even rupture.
When using the crimping machine, the crimping speed should not be too fast, as it can easily cause damage to the inner rubber and fracture of the steel wire layer, leading to premature damage to the rubber hose during use. In practical work, when replacing high-pressure hoses, the length, number of steel wire layers, joint shape and size of the selected hose should be reasonable, and the bending degree of the hose should be minimized as much as possible. Most damage to high-pressure hoses is caused by improper manufacturing.
1. Handling: Forklifts are suitable for handling the pressure pipe machine, and the bottom of the pressure pipe machine should be subjected to force. Inversion of the pressure pipe machine is strictly prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to lift the clamping machine head, motor, and electrical box parts.
2. Installation of pressure pipe machine: The pressure pipe machine needs to be placed horizontally on a stable foundation and grounded.
3. Oil filling: Open the fuel tank cap and add 68 # anti-wear hydraulic oil to the oil level gauge at position 2/3.
4. Power on: Connect the power cord to the specified power supply of the pressure tube machine, start the motor and observe the direction. The motor direction should be consistent with the direction marked on the motor. If the motor direction of the pressure tube machine is not consistent with the marked direction, please swap the positions of two power lines.
5. Micrometer: used to adjust the size of the contraction of the clamping rubber hose. Press it in counterclockwise for an additional 1mm, and clockwise for an additional 1mm.
6. Pressure adjustment: The maximum pressure of the pipe press system is 31.5Mpa, which is adjusted by the relief valve. The pressure is increased by clockwise adjustment and decreased by counterclockwise adjustment (it has been adjusted at the factory and can be adjusted if necessary).
7. Mold opening speed adjustment: The speed of mold opening is controlled by the diversion valve. It is adjusted clockwise to increase the opening speed, and counterclockwise to decrease the opening speed. However, if the opening speed is too fast, it will increase the noise, and the optimal value should not exceed 10Mpa.
