Hydraulic buckle press is a device that uses hydraulic transmission technology for pressure processing, which can be used to complete various forging and pressure forming processes. For example, forging of steel, forming of metal structural components, pressing of plastic and rubber products, etc. Hydraulic press is one of the earliest mechanical applications of hydraulic transmission, and currently hydraulic transmission has become the main transmission form of pressure processing machinery. Hydraulic presses have become important equipment in industries such as heavy machinery manufacturing, aviation, plastics, and non-ferrous metal processing.
The hydraulic transmission system of the hydraulic buckle press is mainly based on pressure transformation, with high system pressure, large flow rate, and high power. Therefore, special attention should be paid to improving the power utilization of the prime mover and preventing shock and vibration during pressure relief to ensure safety and reliability.
According to the pressing process requirements, the main cylinder of the hydraulic buckle press can complete the basic working cycle of fast downward, deceleration pressing, pressure holding delay, pressure relief return, and stop (at any position), and the pressure, speed, and pressure holding time need to be adjustable. Ejection hydraulic cylinder is mainly used to eject workpieces, and it is required to achieve actions such as ejecting, retracting, and stopping. When stretching thin plates, auxiliary actions such as lifting, stopping, and pressure return of the hydraulic cylinder are required. Sometimes it is necessary to use an edge pressing cylinder to press the billet tightly to prevent wrinkling around the edges.
The hydraulic press uses the maximum pressure (tonnage) that the main actuator (master cylinder) may output during the main movement as the main specification of the hydraulic press, and has been serialized. The tonnage of the top material cylinder is often 20% to 50% of the tonnage of the main cylinder. The ejection cylinder of the extruder can use about 10% of the main tonnage. The tonnage of the edge pressing cylinder in a double action stretching hydraulic press is generally around 60% of the tonnage of the stretching cylinder.
The speed of the master cylinder is determined by the pressure machining process. Generally, in a hydraulic system directly supplied by a pump, the working stroke speed does not exceed 50mm/s, and the fast forward speed does not exceed 300mm/s. The fast reverse speed of the hydraulic press is equal to the fast forward speed.
Hydraulic buckle presses are favored in industries such as construction machinery, vehicles, hydraulic machinery, welding and cutting equipment due to their performance. During use, it is easy for hydraulic buckle press operators to overlook some operational procedures:
1. Operators must operate according to the process procedures.
2. After the machine is stopped from use, the power must be cut off.
3. When changing molds, be sure to do so after stopping the machine.
4. The interface between the mold seat and the mold should be kept clean and free of hard objects such as metal shavings.
5. Inject lubricating oil onto the inclined surface of the mold seat before starting up.
6. Before installing the module, the positioning screws must be tightened.
7. The pressure regulating valve must be adjusted at the specified pressure.
8. It is strictly prohibited to reach into the interior during work.
9. Electrical safety regulations must be followed when repairing electrical components
After understanding these nine matters, it is necessary to operate them seriously and formally, and pay attention to safety.
